Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, adjusting as necessary based on ongoing evaluations of patient progress.
• Manage a caseload of patients effectively, providing sufficient time and attention to each individual.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge and skills in orthopedic outpatient care, employing specific techniques learned from previous experiences.
• Utilize evidence-based, cost-effective treatment approaches to enhance clients' mobility and functional abilities.
• Encourage non-surgical intervention strategies, guiding patients towards healthier lifestyle choices while reducing dependence on medications.
• Employ various therapeutic modalities and exercises tailored to the needs and goals of each patient while monitoring their response to treatment.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, preferably WebPT.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy to provide clients with the most up-to-date care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, ensuring comprehensive treatment.
• Motivate and support clients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a sense of accomplishment and empowerment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At our facility, you will primarily work with a diverse range of patients, including athletes recovering from sports injuries, individuals rehabilitating after surgeries, and those managing chronic pain conditions. Our client-focused approach emphasizes understanding each patient's specific goals and challenges to create a supportive environment that promotes healing, recovery, and overall wellness.

Qualifications

• A completed Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• An active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey, with no history of sanctions or disciplinary actions.
• Strong proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises.
• Effectiveness in using EMR software, particularly WebPT, for documentation and record-keeping.
• Current knowledge of the latest methodologies and therapeutic interventions in physical therapy based on clinical research.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Physical Therapist, particularly in outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with treating a broad range of orthopedic conditions and patient demographics.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 60,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
