Work Environment

The physical therapist will work onsite in our outpatient office, a collaborative space designed to promote effective treatment while providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop individualized treatment plans that align with the patients' needs and physician directives.
• Implement and oversee therapeutic interventions that incorporate advanced techniques in rehabilitation to address functional impairments across various patient demographics.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service, ensuring that patients feel valued and supported throughout their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes through interdisciplinary teamwork and evidence-based practices.
• Provide in-home therapeutic care as required, utilizing skilled procedures to facilitate patient recovery in alignment with prescribed plans of care.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment procedures and home exercise programs to encourage independence and long-term success in managing their health.
• Meet minimum utilization goals, contribute to overall business objectives, and actively participate in professional development activities.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits
