Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, assessing their physical capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation in individual treatment plans.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities and techniques, including exercise prescription, manual therapy, and innovative equipment, to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Develop customized treatment plans in collaboration with the patient, setting achievable and measurable therapeutic goals to improve their quality of life.
• Monitor and document patients' progress accurately, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs and goals.
• Offer comprehensive education and training to patients and their families on rehabilitation processes, self-care strategies, and proper use of assistive devices, including walkers and braces.
• Stay current in the field by actively participating in professional development opportunities, including workshops and conferences, to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Conduct regular reassessments and adapt treatment approaches based on patient feedback and clinical observations.

At Lincoln Assert Motion Physical Therapy & Wellness, you will serve a diverse range of patients, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, post-surgery rehabilitation, and chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Current and valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective patient interactions and care coordination.
• Proficient in documentation and electronic health records to maintain accurate patient records.
• Capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player.
• High adaptability and flexibility in addressing patient needs and dynamic clinical situations.

Preferred Experience

• Two years of experience in a physical therapy outpatient setting is advantageous.
• Experience working with a diverse patient demographic, including pediatrics and geriatrics, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
