Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our dedicated rehabilitation facility in Elizabethport, New Jersey. Our clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation tools and resources, allowing our therapists to employ various modalities and therapeutic techniques that enhance patient recovery. The work schedule is structured from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, providing a balanced work-life environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities using standardized assessment tools to identify unique needs and establish personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver skilled physical therapy services that include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and various modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation to aid recovery.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and document outcomes in electronic medical records (EMR), making adjustments to therapy plans as necessary to optimize results.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team—including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists—to provide comprehensive care that meets the diverse needs of patients.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic practices, home exercise programs, and strategies for injury prevention to support ongoing recovery.
• Implement specialized fall prevention programs tailored for our assisted living clients to enhance safety and reduce the risk of accidents.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards, ensuring confidentiality and a commitment to delivering the highest level of patient care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
