The selected Physical Therapists will work on-site at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center located in Edison, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical capabilities and needs.
• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methods such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training to effectively address operational goals.
• Implement diverse therapeutic modalities and approaches to assist patients in pain relief, mobility enhancement, and restoration of functional independence.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes using electronic health record systems to ensure accurate communication among the rehabilitation team.
• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment protocols to better align with patients' evolving recovery needs.
• Advise patients on the use of assistive devices, equipment, and self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery process.
• Provide educational sessions and training for caregivers and family members on effective support practices and therapeutic procedures.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, participating in mentorship programs, and contributing to professional networks.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on providing rehabilitation services to a broad patient demographic, including children recovering from sports injuries, adults rehabilitating post-surgery or injury, and seniors managing chronic pain or degenerative conditions. The Physical Therapist's role is crucial in ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and care that aligns with their specific rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice Physical Therapy.
