Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will:

• Conduct detailed evaluations of patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain conditions.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans using various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving therapeutic goals.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment methods utilized, and patient outcomes in our electronic health record system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes, preventative measures, and home exercise plans to reinforce therapy outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff to deliver well-rounded patient care.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices by attending workshops and continuing education courses.

Qualifications
