Work Environment

This position is located at our onsite rehabilitation facility in Highland Park, New Jersey. You will work a consistent schedule from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life arrangement. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-on-one care to patients by assessing their unique rehabilitation needs and establishing tailored treatment objectives.
• Maintain a manageable patient load to ensure thorough attention to each individual's progress and recovery journey.
• Implement evidence-based rehabilitation techniques and employ a variety of manual therapy modalities to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Develop and execute comprehensive care plans utilizing cost-effective treatments aimed at improving patient mobility and pain management.
• Motivate patients throughout their therapeutic journey, setting achievable goals to foster continued engagement and resilience.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, ensuring seamless communication and comprehensive patient care.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress using electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly Web PT, to maintain thorough and accurate health records.
• Educate patients on best practices for maintaining a healthy lifestyle while focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• An active and clean Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.

• Excellent understanding and application of modern therapeutic modalities and treatment protocols.
• Ability to utilize EMR systems, specifically Web PT, for precise patient documentation and management.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
