Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual needs.
• Implementing and documenting treatment protocols across various orthopedic conditions, utilizing modalities such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education.
• Consistently providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring an effective and nurturing atmosphere for all patients.
• Collaborating with team members to enhance patient care through shared insights and evidence-based practices.
• Adapting therapeutic strategies to promote rehabilitation and functional recovery in alignment with established care plans initiated by referring doctors.
• Educating patients and their caregivers on recovery processes, self-management techniques, and lifestyle modifications.
• Meeting minimum utilization and productivity goals while maintaining a high standard of care and compliance with organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice specializes in treating a diverse range of patients, primarily focusing on orthopedic cases. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program is required.
• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• A valid State License to practice Physical Therapy.
• Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients and multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience
