Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a wholesome therapeutic process tailored to an assigned group of patients, working closely in coordination with both physicians and fellow healthcare providers.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to establish individualized care plans that prioritize specific rehabilitation goals and enhance patient engagement throughout their recovery journey.
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions in accordance with physician directives, ensuring adherence to the highest professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and their families on effective exercises, therapeutic methods, and the use of assistive devices, which they can practice outside of therapy sessions.
• Continually evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Oversee the daily workflow, prioritize caseload appropriately, and orchestrate assignments and hand-offs among support staff, fostering teamwork and efficiency.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
