Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized patient care by creating comprehensive assessment and treatment plans that cater to each patient's unique needs and goals.
• Manage a reasonable patient load, ensuring that ample time and attention is devoted to each individual to foster recovery and rehabilitation.
• Showcase your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care, applying your prior experience effectively to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Implement cost-effective therapies that promote healing and functionality, minimizing reliance on invasive procedures.
• Design and adapt fitness and wellness programs that align with patient requirements and rehabilitation objectives.
• Motivate patients throughout their treatment journey, helping them stay engaged and focused on their recovery milestones.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient care and share valuable insights that improve treatment efficacy.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans based on comprehensive evaluations and documented outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of treatments and patient interactions, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems like Web PT for precise record-keeping.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• An active and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• A proven record of clinical excellence with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Exceptional proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and modalities.
• A strong ability to develop effective exercise programs tailored to patient needs.
• Proficient in using EMR software, particularly Web PT, to ensure accurate documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in outpatient physical therapy settings is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated understanding of evidence-based practices in physical therapy.
• Familiarity with contemporary physical therapy techniques and current trends in rehabilitation is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Muscle Essential Physical Therapy offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
