Work Environment

Located in Old Bridge, NJ, our facility is designed to create a welcoming and supportive environment for both our patients and staff. As part of our rehabilitation center, you will have immediate access to state-of-the-art equipment and resources that enable effective treatment. Our typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized patient evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans aimed at restoring motion and reducing pain.
• Manage a caseload of patients, ensuring individualized attention that enhances treatment effectiveness.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy and exercise prescription, to promote mobility and recovery.
• Educate patients on non-surgical treatment alternatives and empower them to take ownership of their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Monitor and document patient progress through EMR systems, particularly WebPT, providing precise records that reflect treatment outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest physical therapy practices and research.
• Motivate patients by providing support and encouragement at all stages of their recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on adult patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, sports-related issues, and general mobility impairments. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• An active and unblemished license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.
• Strong proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation exercises.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
• Experience using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient clinic setting, specifically within sports medicine or orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Research-supported knowledge of advanced physical therapy techniques and methodologies.
• Proven success in motivating patients and fostering a positive rehabilitation environment.

Compensation and Benefits
