Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Deep Care, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients referred by physicians, developing tailored treatment plans to address individual needs.
• Implement and oversee a wide range of therapeutic interventions, adapting techniques to optimize the recovery process.
• Educate and train patients, their families, and caregivers on effective recovery strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, attending regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and share best practices.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and timely, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and our facility's policies.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service, building rapport with patients to encourage their compliance and engagement in the treatment plan.
• Meet performance metrics and continual learning goals to contribute to the clinic's success and patient satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including individuals suffering from orthopedic conditions, pediatric concerns, neurological disorders, and sports-related injuries. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Current Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with patients and the healthcare team.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and treatment planning.
