Package Base Salary of $48k-$60k per year. Monthly performance commission on your client referrals. Residual & renewal commissions on your client referrals – NO CAP! Benefits & Perks 401K Retirement: With 3% employer contribution Health Insurance: Medical, Dental, + Vision with employer contribution Paid Time Off: 9 paid holidays + PTO Company Vehicle: plus work cell phone & laptop provided What You’ll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters and referral partners Generate new business through prospecting, networking groups, and local events Actively communicate with Emergency Response teams to support incoming opportunities Manage your sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities using CRM tools Present our services and secure ongoing referral partnerships Work closely with Emergency Response teams on active opportunities Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency leads, with the opportunity to earn commission Support homeowners and partners throughout the restoration process Meet and exceed monthly goals What We’re Looking For Outstanding customer service, communication and organizational skills Strong networking and relationship-building skills Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a goal‑driven environment Organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once Excellent communication and follow‑up skills A team player with ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment Consistently provide strong and effective client support and communication CRM experience is a plus Candidates must hold a valid Oregon driver’s license with a clean 3‑year driving record and be able to pass a background check.
