Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 5-7 years of experience in management consulting or within the financial services industry. Proven experience working with banks, insurance companies, asset managers, or other financial institutions. Deep understanding of financial services regulations (e.g., Basel III, POPIA, FICA). Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in financial modeling. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, adaptable to virtual environments. Demonstrated ability to manage projects and client relationships effectively remotely. Proficiency in relevant software and collaboration tools for remote work. Residing within or having strong connections to South Africa is advantageous for client engagement.
