Key Responsibilities Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for blockchain-based projects. Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates. Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for blockchain integration. Develop use cases, user stories, and process flows related to blockchain solutions. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers throughout the project lifecycle. Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge discrepancies between business needs and system capabilities. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives. Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to blockchain or fintech projects. Solid understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications. Excellent requirements gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong proficiency in creating process flows, use cases, and user stories. Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with smart contracts and their business applications is a plus.
