This role is eligible for a $20,000 sign-on bonus, subject to the terms and conditions of the Company's sign-on bonus program.Your Responsibilities as a Senior Project Manager:Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical staff on a wide variety of infrastructure projects—from planning and design through bidding and construction.Drive operational excellence by monitoring project schedules, budgets, technical quality, and team workload.Strengthen and expand client relationships and workload through responsive, value-driven engineering solutions.Guide and mentor staff to cultivate a high-performing team culture focused on quality, accountability, and professional growth.Develop and strengthen client relationships by proactively identifying new business opportunities through networking, thoughtful engagement, proposal preparation, and client presentations, supporting the growth of our regional business development program.Partner with division leadership on strategic planning, business development, and client relationship management throughout the western U.S.Play a central role in talent development, succession planning, and long-term organizational sustainability.Take the lead for refinement and implementation of the firm's strategy, business growth plan, and day-to-day operations of our Denver office to achieve overall corporate objectives and ensure profitability.What We're Looking For:B.S. in Civil Engineering (or related field)Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Nevada (or ability to obtain such a license)15+ years of civil engineering experienceProven ability to manage client relationships and lead multidisciplinary project teamsProject management experience including development of project proposals, scopes, budgets, and successful execution of engineering projectsStrong staff mentorship and performance management capabilitiesExperience with strategic planning, client development, and operational oversightExcellent verbal and written communications skills, and strong interpersonal skillsWhy You'll Love Working For Us:Flexible ScheduleCompetitive PayMedical, Vision, Dental, and HSAGenerous PTO401K Plan including employer contribution
