Senior Project ManagerMetcalf Builders, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our construction team. Duties and responsibilities of the position include the following: performs project coordination duties; performs project management duties to assure that all projects are completed in a safe, professional manner, within budget and schedule guidelines, and at a fair profit; performs or supervises project activities; and performs other duties as assigned.Roles & ResponsibilitiesPerforms project coordination duties.Performs project management duties to assure that all projects are completed in a safe, professional manner, within budget and schedule guidelines, and at a fair profit.Performs or supervises project activities.Performs a leadership role.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications & SkillsKnowledge of all phases of construction.Knowledge of scheduling complex projects.Skill at identifying changes and discrepancies in plans and schedules.Ability to provide leadership for projects and company.Ability to present information in a clear and understandable manner.Education & ExperienceB.S. in Construction, Engineering, or related field or equivalent through experience.10 years' experience in the construction industry with a minimum of years' in project management.
