Pratum Companies in Town of Florida, NY is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team, manage make-ready processes, and drive timely, quality repairs across the property. The role requires strong building systems knowledge (boilers, chillers, HVAC), hands-on supervision, vendor management, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and emergencies.
