This is a rare opportunity to lead a substantial household team and deliver a seamless, five-star private residence experience with absolute discretion. You will run a world-class private estate with calm precision - ensuring immaculate standards, smooth operations, and effortless day-to-day living for the principal and their guests. Scope of Role Own daily operations of the estate, ensuring flawless presentation and readiness at all times Build and maintain SOPs, checklists, and quality controls across the household Oversee maintenance programmes and service contracts (security, AV/IT, HVAC, landscaping, pool, vehicles, etc.) Manage vendors and contractors, ensuring best-in-class execution with minimal disruption Lead, motivate and develop a substantial household team (housekeeping, service, culinary, security, drivers, etc.) Create rotas, staffing plans and training programmes aligned to ultra-luxury standards Uphold a culture of excellence, professionalism, and confidentiality Deliver discreet, anticipatory hospitality for principals and guests – seamless and unspoken Coordinate dining, wellness, transport, special occasions, and private entertaining Handle guest feedback and issues with immediate resolution and total discretion Manage budgets, purchasing, inventory control and supplier negotiations Provide clear reporting for the principal/family office (spend, staffing, vendor performance) Ensure compliance across staff documentation, HR processes, and health & safety protocols The Ideal Profile Proven experience as an Estate Manager / Residence Manager / Villa Manager within UHNW private households, luxury residences, or five-star hospitality Calm, confident leader with high emotional intelligence Impeccable attention to detail and strong operational instincts Commercially capable (budgets, procurement, reporting) and highly organised Discretion is essential; comfortable operating around high-profile principals Confidential Search Disclaimer This is a confidential appointment exclusive to Sataya.
