Key Responsibilities

Property Operations & Guest Experience

• Manage day-to-day operations for multiple short-term rental properties
• Handle calendars, bookings, and guest communication with professionalism
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and turnovers efficiently
• Maintain high ratings and positive guest experiences across all properties

Revenue & Performance Optimization

• Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy
• Monitor market trends and competitor performance to optimize listings
• Continuously improve operational efficiency and property performance

Systems & Tools Management

• Utilize property management systems (PMS) to manage listings and automate workflows
• Keep calendars, bookings, and operational data accurate and up-to-date
• Optimize processes using automation tools for guest communication and property operations

Compliance & Best Practices

• Ensure compliance with local and international short-term rental regulations
• Apply industry best practices to reduce risk and improve efficiency
• Maintain consistency and quality across all properties

Candidate Profile

Required Experience

• Proven hands-on experience managing short-term rental properties
• Strong operational knowledge of pricing, booking flows, and guest management
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently in a remote setting

• Experience with property management systems and operational tools
