Senior Recruiter at Genuine Search Group Our client is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Leasing Agent to join the team at a luxury property in New Jersey. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team responsible for introducing high-end rental residences to the market. This is a role that would offer a base salary, as well as a generous commission and bonus structure. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for prospective residents—conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and present available units with confidence and professionalism. Build rapport with prospects to understand their lifestyle needs and match them to the right unit. Convert leads into signed leases and meet or exceed leasing targets Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market conditions, pricing, and competitive properties. Host and coordinate open houses, broker events, and community engagement initiatives. Provide feedback on market trends, renter preferences, and opportunities to optimize the leasing strategy. Qualifications Extensive leasing experience, preferably in a luxury rental environment. Strong sales and customer service skills, with a passion for delivering premium resident experiences.
