Job Title: Business Analyst 3
Job Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract

Job Description/ Requirement:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
5+ years of experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Monday.com.
Experience creating and managing epics, features, user stories, and project backlogs.
5+ years of experience understanding BA, QA, and Development roles and responsibilities.
5+ years of experience documenting as-is and to-be business processes.
Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting clear, testable business requirements.
Experience creating test plans and supporting Quality Assurance activities.
Experience working with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA Testers, UX/UI teams, and other stakeholders.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.
Experience creating product roadmaps.
Strong documentation, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using BA tools such as Figma and Visio is preferred.
2+ years of QA experience is preferred.
