Responsibilities:

• Represent the Patient & Health Value function within Global Project Teams (GPTs)
• Integrate patient insights and experiences into development strategies and decision-making
• Develop Patient-Informed Target Value Propositions (TVP) and Patient Relevant Information (PRI) strategies
• Influence clinical trial design to include meaningful patient endpoints
• Partner with Medical, Market Access, HEVA, Commercial, and Data teams
• Collaborate with Patient Engagement and Insights teams to ensure accessibility and use of patient data
• Support decision-making across governance forums and internal committees
• Lead initiatives that enhance patient access, treatment experience, and differentiation vs. standard of care

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field
