Seeking a candidate who can work 1 pm - 5 pm Monday - Friday and 9 am - 3 pm on Saturday! Part-time position

Summary: We are seeking a candidate who will assist customers at the counter while also helping with the cleaning and pressing of garments. This is a hands-on position that requires someone who is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service
• Operate the cash register and process customer transactions
• Receive, tag, organize, and prepare garments for cleaning
• Wash and dry garments according to proper care instructions
• Press and finish clothing using professional pressing equipment
• Inspect garments for stains, damage, or other issues
• Package and organize completed orders for customer pickup
• Assist customers with questions regarding cleaning services and garment care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with other daily tasks as needed to keep the store operating efficiently

Qualifications:

• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
• Willingness to learn professional garment cleaning and pressing techniques
• Previous dry cleaning, laundry, pressing, cashier, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
