SOME EXPERIENCE ENCOURAGED
Bilingual English / Spanish ( preferred )

Must be open to travel to any of our 3 locations if needed.
Must be able to work individually and as part of a team
Strong communication skills needed
Must be reliable, motivated, very productive and detail-oriented
Must be able to manage front desk and take care of schedules for front desk staff.
Bilingual a MUST but not necessary
Answer telephone calls, direct phone traffic, and respond to patients various requests
Greet patients, check patients in and out of appointments
Collect all patient information, confirm the accuracy and update patient demographics in computer
Scan supporting documents needed for insurance billing
Collect co-pays and deductibles when applicable
File Charts
Confirm appointments
Assist in preparing charts for patient visit
Ensure all HIPPA rules and regulations are in compliance and followed
Reconcile and balance all monies for the day*

***Hourly pay will be determined by the level of experience.
