Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with 5–10 years of recruiting experience and a strong track record of managing high-level searches. This individual will be responsible for guiding candidates and hiring leaders through the recruitment process while providing a highly personalized, white-glove experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with executives, Vice Presidents, senior stakeholders, and other influential leaders. Strong business presence, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple personalities and priorities are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for senior-level, executive, and corporate positions.
• Review and assess candidate profiles against the specific requirements and priorities of each search.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and determine appropriate candidates for advancement.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and provide a polished, high-touch experience throughout the process.
• Act as a trusted recruiting partner to senior leaders and key stakeholders, keeping searches moving efficiently.
• Lead interview debriefs, gather feedback, and provide thoughtful candidate recommendations.
• Assist leadership with hiring and offer decisions by considering candidate qualifications, interview results, and relevant market factors.
• Provide regular updates regarding search activity, candidate pipelines, interview stages, and anticipated next steps.
• Conduct targeted sourcing when needed while partnering with dedicated sourcing resources for broader candidate identification.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Assistants who support scheduling, travel coordination, and other administrative aspects of the process.

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of professional recruiting experience.
• Education: Bachelor is required.
• Demonstrated success recruiting at the Executive, Vice President, Partner, and senior stakeholder levels.
• Strong executive presence and confidence interacting directly with senior leadership.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver a high-touch, candidate-focused recruiting experience.
• Strong attention to detail with a hands-on approach to managing searches.
• Comfortable balancing multiple searches, priorities, personalities, and deadlines.
• Strong judgment and ability to provide thoughtful candidate and hiring recommendations.
