Experienced Assemblers Needed
Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking experienced assemblers to work with several companies in South Wichita. We are looking for dependable candidates with a solid work history who take pride in quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and reliability.
Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour (DOE)
Position Overview
Assemblers will be responsible for assembling products and components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires precision, consistency, and a strong commitment to producing quality work.
Key Responsibilities
• Assemble parts and components using hand tools and equipment • Follow blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Meet production goals and deadlines ⏱• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures
Physical & Environmental Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed• Must be able to stand for extended periods throughout the shift• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements regularly• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment, including heat, cold, and humidity
Qualifications
• Previous assembly experience required• Stable and dependable work history required • Ability to read and follow instructions accurately• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
