What You’ll Do: Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care assessment, triage, intervention, and evaluation. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Respond swiftly and effectively to critical situations and codes. Educate patients and families on care, treatment, and discharge instructions. Ensure accurate, timely documentation in compliance with WellStar standards. What You’ll Bring: Experience :Minimum 2+ years of recent, direct ED RN experience. Education :Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred). Licensure/Certifications :Active RN license (Georgia or Compact)BLS Basic Life Support from AHA.ACLS Advanced Cardiovascular Life SupportPALS Pediatric Advanced Life SupportSkills : Critical thinking, adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
