HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

All LCSNW team members will contribute to our mission of partnering with individuals, families and communities for health, justice and hope. The Program Supervisor supports LCSNW's housing stability programs in Snohomish County by assisting the Program Manager with daily operations, staff supervision, and oversight of rent assistance and housing placement services. This position leads and develops direct service staff, ensures accurate and compliant program administration, and strengthens the funder relationships and community partnerships that sustain housing stability services across the county.

• Assist the Program Manager with the day-to-day operation of housing stability programs providing rent assistance and housing placement services to households across Snohomish County, in accordance with county and state funding requirements.

• Train, supervise, and lead a diverse team of case managers and housing coordinators, supporting their professional development, well-being, and performance to ensure high-quality service delivery and fulfillment of contractual obligations.

• Plan and facilitate regular staff meetings and provide individual and group case consultation to share information, coordinate services, and support consistent program practices; provide participant orientations and cultural integration support as needed.

• Review, approve, and process rent assistance and housing support documentation in accordance with program guidelines and funding requirements.

• Implement administrative practices that ensure accurate, confidential participant recordkeeping and safe, compliant service delivery; interpret and communicate LCSNW policies and procedures to staff and volunteers.

• Research, compile, and maintain accurate and traceable program data, statistics, and qualitative information; prepare reports, manuals, correspondence, and other materials required by LCSNW leadership or funding agencies in a timely manner to support grant reporting and future funding efforts.

• Create, maintain, and strengthen relationships with funders, community partners, stakeholders, and community organizations to enhance services, support advocacy efforts, and advance program goals.

• Represent LCSNW housing stability programs at partner, funder, and community meetings and events, including attending on behalf of the Program Manager as needed, and presenting information. Respond to questions from staff, participants, partners, and the public.

• Collaborate with the Program Manager, Program Director, and other LCSNW programs through cross-program dialogue that supports strategic planning, service coordination, and overall program success.
• This job is responsible for supervising employees and/or non-employees, such as interns or volunteers. This includes and is not limited to making employment decisions; setting and communicating clear goals in alignment with relevant objectives and required outcomes; and effectively managing individual and team performance.

HOW YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum of two years of experience in case management or social service role.

• Experience supervising program staff.

• Respectful, open, unbiased, and accepting attitude toward clients and their families.

• Knowledge of social service agencies and community resources, with the ability to coordinate referrals and continuity of services.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including basic computer skills.

• Ability to work independently and cooperatively as a team member.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with paperwork and documentation, with the ability to effectively prioritize work responsibilities.

• Ability to work well under pressure in a multicultural setting.

• Strict adherence to HIPAA standards in the office workspace to ensure confidentiality.

• Meets LCSNW criminal background clearance requirements and other job-relevant clearances as required by the State or program.
