Senior Principal, Client Partner , Generalist

Slalom Great Lakes is seeking a Senior Principal, Client Partner to help drive growth across our Great Lakes market. This leader will be responsible for developing and expanding strategic client relationships, driving business development efforts, and partnering across Slalom’s leadership team to bring innovative business and technology solutions to clients. We are looking for a dynamic business leader who thrives at the intersection of client partnership, growth strategy, consulting, and delivery. This individual will play a critical role in expanding existing accounts, developing new opportunities, and helping clients navigate complex business and technology challenges. What You’ll Do Managing and growing a portfolio of strategic client accounts, with accountability for revenue growth and overall account health. Building and maintaining trusted relationships with executive-level client stakeholders, including C-suite leaders and key decision makers. Identifying, developing, and closing new consulting opportunities across business and technology domains. Leading account planning efforts, including growth strategies, relationship mapping, opportunity identification, and pipeline development. Partnering with capability leaders and delivery teams to bring integrated solutions that drive measurable client outcomes. Providing oversight and governance across client engagements to ensure quality delivery and client satisfaction. Contributing to proposals, statements of work, pursuit strategies, and executive presentations. Collaborating across industries, practices, and markets to bring the full breadth of Slalom's capabilities to clients. Supporting market growth initiatives, thought leadership, and strategic business development campaigns. Serving as a mentor and leader within the Great Lakes market while helping shape the future growth strategy of the business. What You’ll Bring Experience in consulting, professional services, business development, account leadership, industry leadership, or a combination of these areas. Proven success developing and growing multimillion-dollar client relationships and consulting portfolios. Demonstrated ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and decision makers. A track record of achieving or exceeding revenue growth and business development targets. Experience leading complex pursuits, developing proposals, negotiating scope, and closing consulting engagements. Strong understanding of business transformation, technology strategy, organizational change, customer experience, data, AI, cloud, or related consulting disciplines. Excellent executive presence, communication skills, and consultative selling capabilities. Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and effectively operate across multiple priorities. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to leverage diverse teams to deliver client outcomes. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus .
