Job Title: Legal Office Services Associate
Location: Orlando, FL 32801
Pay Rate:$20.00/hour

Contract:- Temp to hire [6 months] 

Schedule:- Mon- Fri 8 AM to 5 PM 

Responsibilities:
Operate high-volume copy, print, scanning, and mail processing equipment
Handle inbound/outbound mail, shipping, receiving, and package distribution
Perform document binding, finishing, quality checks, and file management
Set up conference calls and assist with office technology support
Maintain copier functionality and coordinate service requests when needed
Process sensitive and confidential legal documents with accuracy and professionalism
Support document formatting, OCR, file conversion, and electronic file management
Maintain inventory logs, supply tracking, and daily service records
Deliver completed projects to designated office locations
Provide excellent customer service to legal staff, associates, and office personnel

Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in a legal office environment preferred
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and email systems
Technical aptitude with printers, scanners, copiers, and office equipment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and polished demeanor required
Ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive projects under pressure
Experience with shipping/receiving procedures and document management preferred
