Hartzell's Heat & Air is seeking a licensed HVAC Sales/Service Technician to join our growing team in Kingfisher, OK. This hybrid role combines hands-on technical service with consultative sales, giving you the opportunity to diagnose, repair, and improve HVAC systems while helping customers make informed decisions about upgrades and maintenance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and install residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
• Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical system issues
• Clearly explain technical findings and solution options to customers
• Promote preventative maintenance plans and system upgrades when appropriate
• Identify upsell opportunities in a consultative, non-pushy manner
• Maintain accurate service documentation and detailed service reports
• Ensure compliance with all local codes and safety regulations
• Participate in scheduled on-call rotation (evenings/weekends as required)
• Maintain a professional appearance that reflects positively on the company
