We provide state of the-art solutions from smart electrical, lighting design, mechanized shades, and audio/video solutions. What We Are Looking For: We are looking for a personable, highly motivated, and detail-oriented person to join our team in a general accounting and administrative capacity. Primary Objectives & Responsibilities: Must have experience with general accounting concepts, general ledger, journal entries, debits and credit, etc. Generate and analyze the AR Aging report. Collections activities; including emails, phone calls, and generating account statements. Enter vendor bills; including bill verification/approval and account coding. Enter credit card charges. AP check runs. Assist with the daily administrative operations of human resources. Provide administrative and clerical support. Office assistant tasks as required. Experience and/or Abilities Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must know basic accounting concepts. Minimum 2 years Quickbooks experience. Minimum 2 years of recent accounting experience. PLUS if you have Advanced Excel skills. Required Soft Skills/Abilities: Positive attitude. Proactive. Follows and promotes LightWorks standards.
