Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time seasonal Reservations Agent will assist partners with booking modifications, cancellations, and inquiries while working remotely during the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. Key responsibilities Guide partners and tour operators in using online booking portals and respond to partner inquiries via email Book, modify, and cancel reservations, ensuring accuracy through phone and Zendesk interactions Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues and maintain the integrity of booking systems Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Previous hospitality experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the travel industry
