Bilingual RN - Behavioral Health Care Coordinator
Westchester Jewish Community Services
Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS) is seeking a full-time Bilingual (English/Spanish) Registered Nurse to join our outpatient CCBHC teams in Yonkers. You will coordinate medical services, screen for preventative care gaps, monitor health conditions related to behavioral health and co-morbidities, and ensure timely lab results and reports are documented in the EHR.
