HR ADMINISTRATIVE PAYROLL ASSOCIATE

Job Description
We are looking for a motivated HR Administrative Assistant to support our HR team. The role includes managing payroll, tracking employee hours and leaves, maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR-related activities such as policy implementation. This position is ideal for someone looking to start or grow a career in HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll and ensure accurate employee hours and leave records
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR system
• Support HR policies and procedures
• Assist with HR administrative tasks as needed

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
• Previous HR or administrative experience is a plus
• Basic knowledge of payroll processing and time/attendance tracking systems
• Ability to accurately handle employee hours, leaves, and payroll-related data
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to handle confidential information
