Swim School ManagerBear Paddle Swim School uses a results-focused, story-based approach to teaching lessons to build confident and skilled swimmers, so parents can rest assured that their child is having fun while learning to swim. We are currently developing lifelong swimmers in 15 locations across the US. Our Swim School Manager is responsible for the overall success of the Swim School, including meeting financial goals, providing the highest quality swim lessons, excellent customer service, and maintaining facility standards. Responsible for coordinating operations and procedures for the Swim School, ensuring organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
