Overview Carle Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing Outpatient Gastroenterology team in Peoria and Pekin, Illinois. Opportunity Details Established outpatient-only practice Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, opportunity to work 4, 10‑hour shifts Initial training will take place in Peoria, IL, and transition to provide services in Pekin, IL The GI Outpatient APP will Perform H&P on new patients and see return patients for various GI conditions including: autoimmune, hepatitis, viral hepatitis, IBS, Crohn's Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, gastritis, PUD, GERD, anemia, dysphagia, pancreatitis, diverticulitis, celiac disease, EPI Job functions include: ordering and interpretation of labs / imaging results, prescribing medication, ordering EGD / Colonoscopy / ERCP /EUS, and following up after procedures to review pathology with patient. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $60.72 – $78.94/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
