Job Summary MCOR Government Services (EGS) is seeking a Planner/Estimator to provide Facilities Operations Maintenance and support Services to a Government Agency in Research Triangle Park, NC. This position is covered by the CBA for Industrial, Technical and Professional Employees Union, OPEIU Local 4873. This position is contingent upon contract award. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Planning and estimating structural, electrical and mechanical projects Project Management Using RS Means cost estimating software, or other "equal" cost estimating software that is widely recognized within the facilities maintenance and construction industries. Qualifications A minimum of three (3) years of experience in planning and estimating structural, electrical and mechanical projects in a large or multiple facility with highly complex mechanical, electrical and structural requirements Project Management experience. Must be skilled in using RS Means cost estimating software, or other "equal" cost estimating software that is widely recognized within the facilities maintenance and construction industries.
