Responsibilities:

• Estimate labor, materials, and timelines for a wide variety of low voltage and specialty system projects
• Generate vendor quotes and develop accurate, detailed proposals
• Lead bid reviews and ensure proposals are accurate prior to client submission
• Support RFP/RFQ responses, including site walk-throughs and field measurements
• Perform take-offs and assist operations with estimating needs as required
• Interact with manufacturers and vendors on product selection and pricing
• Maintain and update product pricing, vendor relationships, and quotation documentation
• Develop system drawings and assist with design layouts as needed
• Manage design requests and track opportunities within CRM systems
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Project Managers to support project success
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and new products

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Solid understanding of low voltage systems and cabling infrastructure
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans and construction drawings
• Valid Driver's License and proof of insurance

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience as a cable designer or ICT estimator
• RCDD certification (or currently in progress)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam Revu
• Familiarity with Accubid Enterprise
