Accounting Specialist

Bucci Industries USA Inc. is looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The Accounting Specialist will support the day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the U.S. organization, working closely with the Accounting & Financial Specialist, the Group CFO, and colleagues in the U.S. and Italy. Key Responsibilities Support accounts payable, invoice processing, and vendor management. Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations. Support payroll, timekeeping, employee expenses, and benefits administration. Maintain accurate accounting and employee records. Assist with financial reporting and accounting activities. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and colleagues across the Bucci Industries Group. Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with internal policies. Requirements 3+ years of accounting experience. Previous experience in a multinational company is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting processes. Experience with ERP systems; Sage 100 is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. Bilingual/C2-level English proficiency is mandatory. Italian is a plus. Work Authorization Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship .
