This role will oversee, coordinate, and supervise accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, job costing, and administrative finance functions across a fast-paced construction and project-based business environment.
The Corporate Controller will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer and executive leadership to maintain accurate financial records, manage month-end and year-end close processes, support forecasting and budgeting, and help establish scalable financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems. This role requires comfort working with executive leadership, accounting staff, operations teams, project managers, vendors, banking partners, auditors, and external stakeholders.
We are also looking for someone who is process-minded and technology-forward, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve efficiency through better systems, automation, AI tools, reporting enhancements, and workflow improvements. Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise, construction accounting systems, Smartsheet, BuildPro, Brixx, or similar platforms is strongly preferred.
