Summary We are seeking an Assistant Controller to join our dynamic team at Renewal by Andersen. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering exceptional service and quality products to our customers. Responsibilities Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. Support general ledger accounting functions and maintain accurate records. Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions. Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting and forecasting activities. Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures within the organization. Utilize financial software, including Xero, for efficient reporting and analysis. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles. Experience with accounts payable and receivable processes is essential. Proficiency in financial report writing and general ledger accounting. Familiarity with governmental accounting practices is a plus but not required. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
