Must Have Retail & Wholesale Goods Experience – No Exceptions! Position: Controller (New Role Due to Growth) Location: Charleston, SC (Must live in or relocate to Greater Charleston area) Comp: $120K–$165K + full benefits (401k match, health, PTO, discounts) Join a fast-growing, trend-driven retail/wholesale brand as our Controller . This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll own financial strategy, lead a small accounting team, and partner with execs to drive smart growth. What You'll Do: Lead accounting operations (AP, AR, payroll, GL) and ensure GAAP compliance Oversee and mentor 2 staff accountants Provide financial insights to support pricing, expansion, and product strategy Manage cash flow, reporting, audits, and internal controls Collaborate across sales, ops, and procurement What You Bring: Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA a plus) 4+ years in finance leadership, with retail/wholesale experience Strong systems knowledge (Dynamics, SAP, Shopify, Excel) Strategic, communicative, and detail-driven Perks: Fun, relaxed office culture (yes, even nap time) Team events & charitable opportunities A real voice in shaping the company’s future #J-18808-Ljbffr
