About the Role

The Company is in search of a Division Chief for Pediatric Anesthesia. The successful candidate will be a board-certified Pediatric Anesthesiologist with a strong background in clinical leadership and a commitment to patient care, education, and scholarly activities. This role involves strategic planning, organization, and direction of the Pediatric Anesthesiology program, as well as providing clinical leadership across a multi-hospital system. The Chief will be responsible for the administrative oversight of the division, leading recruitment efforts, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, quality, and safety. Collaboration with nursing, surgical colleagues, and hospital administrators is essential, as is the alignment of the pediatric anesthesia service with the broader Department of Anesthesiology and the company's mission and vision. Candidates for the Division Chief position must have an MD, DO, or equivalent degree, be board-certified in Pediatric Anesthesia, and be eligible for a New York State Medical License. The role requires excellent administrative and interpersonal skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a proven track record of leadership, communication, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be a charismatic leader with a strong presence, capable of managing complex organizational dynamics, and a creative thinker with the ability to execute a vision.
