Crosby TX Job Description: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and welcoming Model Home Hostess to greet visitors and help create a positive first impression for prospective homebuyers. Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors to the model home in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide basic information about the home, community, and available amenities.
- Assist visitors with sign-in procedures and collect contact information.
- Notify the sales team of prospective buyers and interested visitors.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the model home.
- Ensure the model home is presentable and ready for visitors throughout the day.
- Answer general questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate sales representative.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive visitor experience.
- Perform light administrative tasks and maintain accurate visitor records as needed.
- Follow established procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
