Job Description: We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst I to provide Tier 1 support for statewide child-serving systems. The role assists providers and county staff with system navigation, issue resolution, secure access, and policy implementation across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries via phone, email, web, and chat; validate identities; assist with provider agreements; identify defects; and contribute to training and documentation while collaborating with state and county partners to stay aligned with program updates.
- Tier 1 help desk support via phone, email, web inquiries, and live chat
- Assist users with system navigation, payment questions, known issues, and defect reporting
- Validate user identity, set up secure passcodes, and establish access to portals
- Create training materials and user guidance; maintain system documentation
- Collaborate with CDJFS, state agenices, and providers; stay current on policy changes
