Join us!Technical Business AnalystRemotePOSITION SUMMARY:The Technical Business Analyst IV serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving requirements gathering, system analysis, solution design, testing, and production support activities. This role is responsible for understanding business processes, analyzing system functionality, and translating business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements that support development, testing, and implementation efforts.The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively with business users, developers, testers, and vendors. Experience with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms is a plus.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and technical teamsPerform detailed system analysis to support solution design, impact assessments, troubleshooting, and root cause analysisTranslate business needs into clear, detailed requirements that are actionable for developers, testers, and support teamsAnalyze system integrations, data flows, business rules, and technical dependencies to identify impacts of proposed changesUse SQL to analyze data, validate business rules, support requirements analysis, and troubleshoot production issuesUse tools such as Postman to validate APIs, troubleshoot integrations, and support testing activitiesCollaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, architects, QA teams, and vendors to deliver scalable solutionsSupport Agile project delivery, including backlog refinement, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release validationMonitor project progress, communicate risks and issues, and maintain project documentationInvestigate production issues and coordinate resolution efforts with business and technical teamsAssist with end-user training, adoption, and post-production supportKEY QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience with 5+ years of Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst experience3+ years of Salesforce experience, preferably with Service Cloud and related customer service solutionsExperience creating requirements that support both business objectives and technical implementationUnderstanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologiesWorking knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and general cloud architecture conceptsStrong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with CCaaS platforms (Genesys, Amazon Connect, NICE CXone, Five9, LivePerson, or similar), preferredExperience supporting Salesforce integrations and customer service technologies, preferredSalesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, Service Cloud Consultant, or similar), preferredExperience working in AWS or Azure environments supporting enterprise applications and integrations, preferredBENEFITS AND PERKS:Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision insurance to keep you and your family covered that is active on day 1 of employmentGenerous 401(k) matching after just one year to help secure your financial futureAmple paid time off, plus seven holidays to recharge and unwindExclusive discounts on premium merchandise just for youDynamic Learning & Development programs to support your growthAnd more!The salary range for this opportunity is $100,000-$125,000.
