Infor VISUAL Functional/Technical Business Analyst – Production Support

Visa: US Citizen Duration: 6 Months 100% Remote

We are seeking a Senior Functional/Technical Business Analyst with deep expertise in Infor VISUAL (version 9 required; currently on 9.0.8) to provide production support in a heavily customized environment. This role will support day-to-day operations, triage and resolve tickets, manage access requests, and help analyze and troubleshoot issues across multiple VISUAL modules. • Provide production support across VISUAL Financials, Manufacturing/MRP, Costing, Projects, and Work Orders
• Troubleshoot issues in a highly customized environment, including reverse-engineering existing solutions
• Support, triage, and resolve tickets and access requests with minimal oversight
• Collaborate with business users and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and strong customer service
• Assist with enhancements, integrations, and workflow improvements as needed

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive hands-on experience with Infor VISUAL 9, including core functional modules
• Strong technical capabilities in Visual Macros, Custom VB.NET solutions, Crystal Reports, SSRS, and SQL Server administration
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced support environment
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
