Technical Solutions Analyst

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client's time zone.

Our client is a U.S.-based technology company specializing in data integration, workflow automation, and connectivity solutions. Their platform helps businesses connect CRM, ERP, accounting, and other business systems to streamline data flows and automate processes. As the organization continues to adopt a more AI-centric approach, they are seeking analytical and forward-thinking professionals who can work directly with clients while leveraging technology and AI to improve solution delivery.

The Technical Solutions Analyst will serve as a bridge between clients, business requirements, and technical solutions. This role will work directly with customers to understand business processes, uncover technical requirements, recommend appropriate solutions, and support implementation projects involving connected business systems.

This is not a software engineering role. The ideal candidate is business-minded, analytical, and comfortable learning technical concepts while communicating effectively with both clients and internal technical teams. The Technical Solutions Analyst will also leverage AI tools to automate repetitive work, improve implementation processes, and identify more efficient ways to deliver solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Discovery & Solution Analysis

• Meet directly with clients to understand their business processes, technical needs, challenges, and desired outcomes.
• Conduct discovery conversations and ask thoughtful questions to uncover business and technical requirements.
• Translate client needs into clear requirements and practical solution recommendations.
• Analyze business processes to determine how available systems, integrations, and workflows can address client needs.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Implementation & Technical Coordination

• Support template-based implementation projects involving CRM, ERP, accounting, and other connected business systems.
• Develop an understanding of how different systems, connectors, and data flows work together.
• Help define and recommend solutions based on client requirements without being responsible for custom software development.
• Coordinate with internal technical resources when projects require deeper technical expertise.
• Support implementations from initial requirements gathering through solution delivery.

AI & Process Improvement

• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and simplify repetitive implementation activities.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and improve existing internal processes.
• Help create and improve AI-assisted workflows and skills using tools such as Claude.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend more efficient approaches using AI and automation.
• Continuously explore practical ways to incorporate AI into client implementations and internal workflows.

Client & Sales Support

• Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, integrations, and technical capabilities.
• Support product demonstrations and technical conversations with prospective and existing clients.
• Assist during the sales process when technical, integration, or solution-related questions arise.
• Help clients understand available solutions and how they can address specific business requirements.
• Build strong client relationships through active listening, clear communication, and effective problem-solving.

Qualifications

Experience

• Experience in business analysis, data analytics, SaaS implementation, solutions consulting, business systems, or a similar analytical and client-facing environment.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable solutions is preferred.
• Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems is preferred.
• Exposure to ERP or accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or comparable systems is preferred.
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, automate tasks, or increase productivity is strongly preferred.

Skills

• Able to analyze business challenges, identify underlying requirements, and recommend practical solutions based on available technology and systems.
• Comfortable learning technical concepts quickly and translating information between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Able to conduct effective client discovery conversations by asking thoughtful questions, actively listening, and identifying the client's underlying needs.
• Familiar with system integrations, data flows, APIs, or automation concepts and able to understand how connected business platforms exchange information.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude to streamline repetitive work, improve workflows, and support implementation activities.
• Able to learn new CRM, ERP, accounting, SaaS, and integration platforms quickly as client requirements evolve.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate different approaches and seek appropriate technical support when needed.
• Able to manage client-facing responsibilities while maintaining clear requirements, documentation, and communication throughout implementation projects.
